President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has sent his congratulations to Mr. Sadyr Japarov on taking office as President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
In his congratulatory message, the head of Turkmenistan noted that our countries are linked by centuries-old ties of friendship, brotherhood and good neighborliness, and the high level of trust and mutual understanding that exists between the nations provides a solid foundation for the constructive bilateral cooperation.
