Speaking at an online plenary session of the Asia-Pacific Group (ASPAC) of UNESCO on October 21, the Permanent Representative of Turkmenistan to UNESCO made a statement on occasion of the 25th anniversary of the status of permanent neutrality of our country. The diplomat briefed the audience on the domestic and foreign policies of Turkmenistan, the history of the status of permanent neutrality of our country and its role in strengthening international and regional stability.
