Vegetable oil is perhaps the most popular foodstuff used in every family. And the advice of medical specialists to give preference to vegetable oils, not animal fats, raises many questions. For example, which oil to choose, which is more useful? After all, each oil plant has its own type of oil, for example, sunflower, corn, olive, rapeseed and others.
